Cooking classes and wine tasting
Among the many pleasurable activities that can be done at La Lodola, there are also cooking classes. Chef Carlo Porcu makes available its expertise , experience and sympathy to teach you the secrets of Tuscan regional cuisine . The courses are organized on request for a minimum of two people and a maximum of six. They take place throughout the day, both for both guests at the Villa and exteriors. Under the guidance of our Chef you will be introduced to the world of Italian cuisine and the composition of your chosen menu accoding to your wishes, from bread to dessert always respecting the seasonality of the products. The courses available are two : "One day in the kitchen with Chef Carlo Porcu " - over four hours in one day to cook alongside the chef and build a complete menu - and "Learning by Chef : the basics of cooking " . Course of several days (to be agreed with the participants ) to learn the basics of Italian cuisine and regional level, and the creation of a professional menu . During the course you will be able to taste local wines that will delight the "fatigue " of the kitchen and up to the ultimate test: the taste.
